Our Services
Off‑line Calibration (Bench Calibration):
Safety valves are removed and transported to a professional test bench for comprehensive calibration and adjustment. The full process includes visual inspection, cleaning, set pressure adjustment, seat tightness testing, and reseating pressure testing.
Set Pressure Setting and Adjustment:
The opening pressure of the safety valve is precisely set according to process parameters and design specifications.
Sealing Performance Test:
Seat tightness is rigorously tested in accordance with applicable standards to ensure that the leakage rate remains within permissible limits.
Calibration Reports and Records:
Complete calibration reports are issued, documenting key data such as set pressure, sealing test results, and reseating pressure to meet traceability and compliance requirements.
