As an engineering company specializing in pipeline pre-commissioning services, we have accumulated 14 years of on‑site service experience across the petrochemical, natural gas, power, and offshore engineering sectors. Through years of practical project work, we have come to deeply recognise that the quality of flange management depends not only on tools and procedures, but even more on the professional competence of both operators and supervisors. However, truly systematic flange management expertise remains scarce in the industry. For this reason, drawing on our extensive project experience, we have officially launched a dedicated flange management training course. This programme combines a decade of hands‑on insights with industry standards, aiming to cultivate highly qualified flange operation and management professionals with internationally recognised credentials for owners, EPC contractors, and construction crews.
Course Structure
We adopt an integrated "Theory + Practical Operation + Assessment" model. The main course modules include:
Theory:
Flange types and sealing principles, gasket materials and selection, bolt preload calculation, torque and stretch control, interpretation of international standards, and failure case analysis.
Practical Operation:
Group exercises in our dedicated training yard, simulating flange connection work under various pressure ratings and service conditions. The training covers all fastening methods—manual tightening, hydraulic tightening, and tensioner tightening—with standardised use of measuring tools and recording forms.
Assessment and Certification:
Trainees who pass the computer-based theory examination and the practical evaluation will be awarded corresponding level certificates issued by ECITB or City & Guilds.
