SBM FPSO Projects Under Construction

 SBM Offshore FPSO Projects Overview

SBM's global supply chain is facing challenge due to the COVID-19 epidemic impact and the Russian-Ukrainian war. As of June 30, 2022, status of its FPSO projects is as follows:

1 FPSO Sepetiba

Integration and commissioning work is underway, with production expected in 2023.

2 FPSO Prosperity

The construction and hoisting of the modules have been completed, the integration and commissioning work has begun, production is planned to be launched before the end of 2023

3 FPSO Almirante Tamandaré

Construction of the hull and modules is on schedule, with a start-up in the second half of 2024

4 FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão (Mero-4)

The shipyard responsible for the construction of the hull has been closed for a period of time due to the impact of the epidemic, and it has now returned to normal. The production time is expected to be in 2025.

5 FPSO ONE GUYANA

The current design is in progress as planned, and the expected production time is 2025

6 Fast4Ward® MPF Hulls

The 7th Fast4Ward MPF hull was awarded and is expected to be delivered in 2024.

 

SBM FPSO Operational Project Status:

 

1 FPSO Cidade de Anchieta

On January 22 this year, due to the discovery of an oil leak near the hull, the FPSO was immediately shut down and deployed with effective anti-pollution measures. The estimated oil leakage is 191m3. The FPSO is currently still closed and is working closely with customers, third parties and IMO to resume production in the second half of the year.

2 The FPSO Liza Destiny

Flash steam compressor was successfully installed and commissioned as planned.

3 FPSO Serpentina 

Operating contract extended to August 2022.

4 FPSO Mondo

Lease operating contract extended to December 2023.
